WAIVER to participate in GOAT YOGA at THE SMITHSHYRE LLC
GOOD PHYSICAL HEALTH: I represent and warrant
that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition
which would limit my participation in the classes offered at The Smithshyre
LLC. I understand the risks associated with the activities offered by The
Smithshyre LLC and I agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely
participate in classes, workshops, or other activities. It is my responsibility to inform the
instructor of any limitations before class begins.
LIABILITY: I hereby WAIVE
AND RELEASE The Smithshyre LLC, its owners, employees, and instructors from
any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my
participation in the programs offered at the farm. In taking part in the
Goat Yoga classes, other activities at The Smithshyre LLC, I understand and
acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or
damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation to
me, my clothing, my guests (minor), or my property. I will not do
anything that I do not feel physically comfortable with. I am aware that
I will be interacting with animals that can weigh up to 40 pounds, have hooves
and teeth that may cause superficial injury. I acknowledge that I may be
exposed to urine and feces and I agree to wash my hands with soap and
water prior to using my hands for food or drink. I agree to use caution and common sense while
on the property of The Smithshyre, which may include interactions with all
other animals residing at The Smithshyre.
This being said, I assume all risk involved in my participation in
activates provided by The Smithshyre LLC, albeit to myself or my guest (minor).
PHOTO RELEASE: I grant permission and
consent to The Smithshyre LLC for the release of any photos or videos,
including live feed video, taken during any class I am participating in at The
Smithshyre. I hereby grant permission for my image to be used for the purpose
of any Publicity, Copyright, Illustration, Advertising, Web Content and Social
Media put forth by The Smithshyre. I further understand that The Smithshyre LLC
is not responsible for the use of photographs and videos taken by other
participants and bystanders that may contain my image. ** If I do not consent,
I will be sure to notify all photographers attempting to take my photo **
BEHAVIOR: I agree and understand that The Smithshyre is not my home and that I do not own property there. I agree to do no harm to any animal, structure or being of any kind while visiting. I will respect signs, fences and instruction from my host and will not explore the farm without permission or guidance. I take full responsibility for any injury.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST AGREE TO THE TERMS ABOVE BEFORE JOINING A CLASS.
There will be hard copies of the waiver at sign in before the class.
